them will help you with quicker assembly and

minimize the risk of injury.

• Ensuretheequipmentisstablebeforeuse.

• Alwaysensurethattheequipmenthasadequate

spaceoneachside.

• Ensurethattheseatheightisadjustedcorrectly.You

shouldbestableandbalancedwhileonthesaddle.

• Adjusttheseatheighttoensurethatyouhavea

gooddownwardpedalstrokewithoutoverstretching,

don’tcompromiseyourbalance.

• Trytoensurethatyourbackisstraightwhile

exercising,especiallyforlongperiods.

• Thesafetylevelofthisequipmentcanonlybe

maintainedifitisregularlyexaminedforwearand

tear.

• Replacedefectivecomponentsimmediatelyand

keeptheequipmentoutofuseuntilitisrepaired.

• Useonlytheadjustmentsettingasdescribedinthe
